US SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will ship within 1-2 days. Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM EST will be shipped the following week. Once order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Domestic orders will ship via USPS. It should take no longer than 5 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will ship within 1-2 days. Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM EST will be shipped the following week. Once order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Please allow 5-12 business days to receive your order. A tracking number for your order will be provided via email at the time of dispatch from our warehouse. Please note, for international orders the recipient is responsible for duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are listed and paid at checkout based on the item(s) ordered and the destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
EXCHANGES
For domestic orders, please contact us to receive your return label via email. Returns must be un-worn, in original condition and sent in original box.
DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three(3) business days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact us to review your request and to receive your return label via email.
